Our goal is to improve the effectiveness of the nonprofit field by supporting organizations in fulfilling their missions. We help our clients become better-run organizations with stronger capabilities to achieve social change.
We begin from an understanding of the needs of each client, and work from there to create a work plan that is customized to help our clients succeed. We have experience with organizations of varying budget sizes and adjust our plan of work to complement the organization's in-house capabilities.
We have a collaborative consulting style that evokes the best results from within the organization itself. Sometimes, clients need an objective facilitator to guide process and help them produce results so they can continue to lead the organization, and other times they have reached a juncture where outside advice and guidance based on knowledge of the nonprofit field is crucial to their development. Our relationships are designed to meet each client where they are and provide them with the level of support they need.
