Our Services

We make a concerted effort to learn and understand each organization’s culture at the beginning of our engagement, and tailor our facilitation style to fit the organization’s culture and values, so the time spent together feels productive and engaging to everyone involved.

We operate on the assumption that the specific expertise needed for each organization resides in the staff of that organization. Our role, as outside facilitators, is to ask the kinds of questions that challenge customary modes of thinking and to look at what aspects of best practice may help the organization succeed. We are not content experts, though our experience covers many areas of the nonprofit landscape. Rather, we view our role as eliciting, and sometimes stretching, the best thinking from those on the front lines of the organization’s work.
